Account & Payments

1. Can i pay without PayPal Account?

  • We have stopped supporting PayPal Since April 24, 2021 due to limitations applied to our subscribers by PayPal

2. when will i have access to my subscription after i complete the payment?

  • Account is activated right away for Card payments, and for Crypto it will take 24-48 hours to activate your account as it requires manual activation.

3. Can i change my email address used for my subscription?

  • Email change is not possible as your email used for payment will be your default email to receive all email communications and we cannot change email as it is used to verify your subscription. If you loose your sign in link you can sign in or reset password here : https://learn.boom360trader.com/users/sign_in

4. Can i pay using crypto?

  • Crypto Payment Options:
    360 Elite Trading Course: Can be paid directly from payment page by choosing to pay with Crypto button ($1500).
    360 Elite HOLD Club: Can be paid directly from payment page by choosing to pay with Crypto button ($1999).
    360 Elite Trading Alerts: Can be paid directly from payment page by choosing to pay with Crypto button ($594).
    360 Elite Trading Alerts PRO: Can be paid directly from payment page by choosing to pay with Crypto button ($894)

5. What date will i be charged for monthly recurring payment subscription?

  • The Recurring payment cycle is 30 Days, please note we do not charge customers manual it is done automatically by our payment partner PayPal.

6. Getting error “Please try again with diffrent payment method/card” or “Not able to Setup pre approved payment”?

  • If you’re getting an error making payment on PayPal:
    1. Please check registered billing address on your credit or debit card with your bank statement. and enter the same while using the same card at checkout.
    2. Make sure to check if international usage is enabled on your card you can do it by contacting your bank or checking it in your card or bank app.
    3. If you have already tried by signing in your paypal and trying to make payment it did not go through then try different browser use different email on checkout with same payment method after following step 1 and 2.
    if still not working contact PayPal and your Bank to see the restriction and solve the issue. Note: Debit and Credit Card is good even Prepaid card too, Credit card is not mandatory. You can use any international card issued by your bank or merchant.

7. My Country is not on the list at checkout?

  • Please note as much as we wish to allow everyone around the world to join 360 Elite Community it is not being possible even after constant attempts as most payment gateway providers are restricting us due to involvement of Cryptocurrency even though this is educational website we are being restricted from using services of other payment providers. we’re still trying and hopefully we will have a new Payment partner that can support future members of our community from restricted countries by PayPal.

8. How do i change my payment method for active subscription?

  • Login to your account at learn.boom360trader.com > Top right corner Click on your Avatar (If on mobile device click on breadcrumb menu on top right corner) > My Account > Billing > You can change your payment method here (This is only for subscribers who joined after April 24, 2021. If you subscribed with paypal then login to your PayPal or contact Paypal to change your Payment method.)
360 Elite Trading competition

1. Who can participate in 360 Elite Trading Competition?

  • 360 Elite Trading Competition is limited to the 360 Elite Trading Course members only.

2. How much money do i need to participate?

  • You do not need money to participate!

3. Can i pick trades for competition from 360 Elite Trading Alerts?

  • No you cannot pick your trades from trading alerts.

4. How many rounds are there in the Competition?

  • There are two rounds in the 360 Elite Trading Competition and First round will be for all 360 Elite Trading Course members and Second round will be Final round with three finalists who will choose their final trades to compete.

5. Can i change my trades after i submit?

  • No you cannot change your trades.

6. How do i submit my trades?

  • You will see Submission form with title “360 Elite Trading Competition” on your 360 account once the Competition begins, You will have 2 days to submit your trades once the competition has begun.

7. How will i get my $2000 winning reward?

  • Once the winner is announced he/she will be notified and they will receive the $2000 reward in Crypto.

8. How is winning gain calculated?

  • Member with Highest combined % of gains will be the winner.
360 Elite Stock alerts

1. I am not getting email alerts but i can access them in my website account, are emails discontinued?

  • We send 360 Elite Trading Alerts & 360 Elite Stock Alerts on your email (email address used to sign up), If you wish to get alerts on your email we suggest not to use following email providers: Yahoo Mail, Outlook (MSN, Hotmail, Live), me.com emails, iCloud, Private Domains (.edu, you@yourbusiness.com, you@yourname.com etc.) these email providers are bouncing our emails, we only recommend using Gmail address to sign if you wish to receive our emails, most emails from us are delivered to “Promotions” in your Gmail mailbox. You can turn on twitter notifications from @360_trader to get new trade alert notifications from 360, we only recommend accessing Alerts in your account by logging in at learn.boom360trader.com. We are not responsible for email deliveries nor we can guarantee the delivery of all email as it is depending on your email providers so we do not recommend depending on emails..

2. what exchanges do i need to use for the 360 Elite Trading Alerts?

  • You can trade from any American Exchange.

3. What is initial trade amount i need for the 360 Elite Stock Alerts?

  • We have subscribers who started with as low as $100, it is totally up to you how much amount you wish to start trading with.

4. Can i pay for the 360 Elite Stock Alerts with Crypto?

  •  360 Elite Trading Alerts are available for 180 Days subscription only with Crypto payments as Crypto can not support monthly recurring payments. You can subscribe with crypto by clicking “Pay with Crypto” button on subscription page.

5. What if i miss or check the Alert late?

  • Most of the trade alerts are setups that have not activated yet or have multiple entry strategies therefore giving plenty of time to enter the Trade in time.

6. How many alerts per week can I expect?

  • The markets are conditional and always changing there is no specific number of alerts there could be weeks with 10 trades and there could be weeks with only a couple.

7. Will I be able to contact 360Trader with this program?

  • Due to extreme demand, it’s inconceivable for 360 trader to be able to handle the volume of questions.

8. are 360 Elite Stock Alerts 24*7?

  • 360 Elite Stock Alerts can be sent out at anytime, however normally during the daytime hours of CST. Many of these alerts are trade setups that are still developing and are on watch for entry.

10. Can i cancel anytime?

  • Yes! You can cancel anytime but you will not be eligible for a refund. To cancel the subscription visit your paypal account and cancel the subscription from there or email admin@boom360trader.com for cancellation from registered email.
    Note: By clicking “UnSubscribe” button under the email sent by us you are blocking our emails intentionally and this will not cancel the Subscription it will only block our email just like with any other email coming to your mailbox. Subscribers joined after April 24, 2021 can cancel from their 360 Account at learn.boom360trader.com.

11. are 360 Elite Trading Alerts Spot/Futures?

  • 360 Elite Trading Alerts are Spot only, No Futures or Leverage. You can choose to use Leverage but we do not recommend it.

12. is 360 Elite Trading Alerts subscription refundable?

  • 360 Elite Trading Alerts subscription is non refundable. Make sure to cancel before renewal or you will not be eligible for a refund.
360 Elite Trading alerts PRO

1. What is the difference between 360 Elite Trading Alerts and 360 Elite Trading Alerts Pro?

  • 360 Elite Trading Alerts allows you access to the Elite Trading Community on Discord and you will get more trade entry strategies and in depth analysis on the Trade alert with the 360 Elite Trading Alerts Pro.

2. Will i get more trade alerts with Pro plan?

  • No! You will get in depth analysis on the alert and more aggressive entry strategies with the Pro Plan which will allow you to trade at ease.

3. What is the purpose of the Discord Community of Elite Traders?

  • With an exclusive community for Elite traders you get to learn more strategies, share more ideas on current trade alerts, you can ask fellow members for opinions and stay up to date on open trades, This also allows new traders to learn about exchanges and how to place orders for the trades etc. It also allows your to stay up to date on latest alerts as you do not have to rely upon Email or check your 360 Account to get the latest alerts.

4. How can i switch to Pro plan from my current 360 Elite Trading Alerts subscription?

  •  You will need to cancel your current subscription from your PayPal account and subscribe with the Pro plan.

5. How long is my Discord membership valid till?

  • Your Discord Community access will remain open as long as you’re subscribed to Pro plan.

6. I just subscribed to 360 Elite Trading Alerts and i wish to switch to Pro plan will i get a refund?

  • If you paid with Crypto for 6 Months of 360 Elite Email Alerts Program then YES! Email us at admin@boom360trader.com to request upgrade to the PRO!
    If you paid monthly payment then Sorry we cannot upgrade you! Kindly wait for 30 Days of your current subscription to end and meanwhile cancel automatic payment from your PayPal and you can subscribe to Pro plan after, if you do not wish to wait you can subscribe right away but there will be no refund.

  • After successful payment you’ll receive an email within 24 hours with your course details which will include your school account login and payment confirmation.

3. What time do i need to attend my training session?

  • Training sessions are prerecorded which allows you to attend the session at your leisure based off of your schedule

4. How do i join the Discord Community?

  • You will Get invitation link in the payment confirmation email to Join the Discord Community Server.

5. How long will i have access to course material?

  • You will be able to access the course material for 180 days from the date of your joining.

6. Can i cancel anytime?

  • Yes! You can cancel anytime but you will not be eligible for a refund.

1. Why do I have to pay for an entire year?

  • To truly benefit from the HOLD club in its entirety and benefit from an evolving cycle, it requires time. This membership is not for traders and quick profits but for those who want to benefit from the complete cycle for HOLD portfolio creation, selling and building during Bull & Bear markets.

2. Will I get ICO information?

  • Due to the high risk of ICOs, we do not get involved in that process. However you will have access to 360 Traders HOLD portfolio secret picks (such as he has found with ($TEL and $LEND) from cycle 2.

3. Can i pay with Crypto?

  • Yes! you can choose to pay with crypto at the payment page.

4. What if I can’t be at the biweekly webinar, will I miss the content?

  • Our live webinars are recorded and can be accessed at anytime during your membership.

5. Can i get my portfolio reviewed by 360Trader?

  • Yes, You can during the Bi-Weekly webinars as time allows.

6. Can i cancel anytime?

  • Yes! You can cancel anytime but you will not be eligible for a refund.
